Hello 
I'm a licensed clinical social worker who’s been in private practice for over a decade.
And like so many of you, I’ve felt that pit-in-your-stomach fear when a client says, “I think this will be my last session.”
You’re proud of them, but in the back of your mind you’re wondering:
Seniors were graduating and moving to different states, 
Clients went away for camps and vacations, 
Plus a major office move after 11 years in the same town.

But here’s what actually happened:
Two new clients signed on this summer.
Three more joined in just two weeks when my college students were all leaving.
Every single client followed me to my new office.
All of my new clients are fully self-pay, all at my current session rate out of pocket. Every new client starts weekly, turnover is low, and I don’t panic when schedules shift.
And honestly?
It’s been breaking my heart to see post after post from therapists panicking about slow referrals, thinking about shutting their doors, or even leaving the field entirely.
I know that fear because I've lived it, too!
But I also know there’s a better way, because I’ve made it happen.
And now I want to share it with you, because we NEED you to keep your doors open, too.
